In the dynamic world of property management, navigating potential risks and liabilities is paramount to the success and longevity of your business. This specialized continuing education course equips property management professionals with essential strategies to identify, mitigate, and manage risks effectively. From understanding legal obligations and insurance considerations to implementing best practices in tenant screening and property maintenance, participants will gain practical insights to safeguard their business interests and protect their clients’ investments.

This course will educate employing brokers with a comprehensive understanding of the risks in property management in order to provide a high level of supervision to their associates. This will include equipping managing brokers with the skills to effectively supervise associates in property management, identify potential risks across different areas of property management, implementation of standardized practices for tenant screening, and ensuring associates are familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

Upon completetion of this course, participants will be able to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management plan to minimize liability, protect their property management business, and ensure the safety and security of tenants and property.

Those missing the deadline may pay $55.00 member/$60 non-members at the door.  However, there will be a limit of 8 walk-in spots available.
